Any activity that occurs on your Account — regardless of whether you authorized it — is your responsibility unless you have notified eeji of a suspected security breach. eeji strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) via SMS OTP for all accounts.
KYC Verification: Before processing your first withdrawal, eeji is required by PAGCOR regulations to verify your identity. You will be asked to submit a clear copy of a valid Philippine government-issued ID (e.g., Philippine Passport, Driver's License, UMID, or PhilSys ID) and, where required, proof of address. eeji reserves the right to request additional documentation at its discretion.
eeji reserves the right to suspend or terminate any Account where information provided is found to be false, misleading, incomplete, or unverifiable.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, eeji's total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the Platform — whether in contract, tort, or otherwise — shall not exceed the amount of your deposited funds held in your Account Balance at the time of the relevant event.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit eeji's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or death or personal injury caused by eeji's negligence, to the extent such limitation is prohibited by Philippine law.

Upon termination for breach, eeji reserves the right to forfeit any balance in the Account, including real-money funds, in addition to any Bonus Funds. Where termination is not related to breach or misconduct, eeji will return the verified cash balance to the Player via their registered withdrawal method after completing required compliance checks.
You may request Account closure at any time by contacting eeji support via live chat. Closure requests are subject to settlement of any pending bets and completion of pending withdrawal transactions.

If you are not satisfied with eeji's resolution of your complaint, you may escalate the matter to PAGCOR as the licensing and regulatory authority for the Platform. PAGCOR's complaint and arbitration procedures shall apply to unresolved disputes between eeji and its Players.
eeji's records — including game logs, transaction histories, and communication records — shall constitute prima facie evidence in any dispute resolution process, subject to any contradicting evidence submitted by the Player.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, including but not limited to the Presidential Decree No. 1869 (PAGCOR Charter), Republic Act No. 10173 (Data Privacy Act), Republic Act No. 9160 as amended (Anti-Money Laundering Act), and any applicable PAGCOR regulations and circulars.
You irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the appropriate courts of the Republic of the Philippines in respect of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform.
eeji reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Players via a notice on the Platform or by SMS to your registered mobile number at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect, unless immediate changes are required for legal or regulatory compliance reasons.
Continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and request Account closure.
The version of the Terms in effect at the time of any dispute shall govern the resolution of that dispute.
